How do I buy tickets?

Tickets are available exclusively at griotfestival.com/tickets. We offer General Admission, VIP, and Family Packages. Tickets are delivered to your email within minutes of purchase.

What's the difference between General Admission and VIP?

General Admission gives you full festival access — all food vendors, music stages, and cultural exhibits. VIP includes everything in GA plus an exclusive VIP lounge, priority entry at the front of the line, a complimentary welcome drink, dedicated VIP stage viewing area, and premium seating.

Are tickets refundable?

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Tickets may be transferred to another guest — simply provide your ticket to the person who will attend.

When does early bird pricing end?

Early bird pricing ends [DATE] or when the allocated early bird quantity sells out — whichever comes first. We recommend buying early as prices increase closer to the event.

Are there tickets available at the door?

Day-of tickets may be available if the event does not sell out in advance, but we cannot guarantee this. Purchasing in advance is strongly recommended.

Griot Festival features 50+ authentic Haitian food vendors. You can expect: Griot, Pikliz, Bannann Peze, Tassot, Soup Joumou, Diri ak Djon Djon, Akra, Haitian desserts, fresh juices, Haitian beverages, and more.

Are there vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free options?

Yes. Many vendors offer vegetarian and vegan Haitian dishes. Look for dietary option signage at vendor booths. We recommend bringing any necessary medications for severe food allergies.

Can I bring my own food or drinks?

Outside food and beverages (including alcohol) are not permitted inside the festival grounds. We have an exceptional selection of food and drinks from our vendors.

How do I apply to be a food vendor?

Visit griotfestival.com/pages/food-vendors to submit your vendor application. Applications are reviewed within 5 business days.

Where is parking?

Parking details are included in your ticket confirmation email and will be posted on this website 2 weeks before the event. We recommend arriving early as parking fills up.

Is rideshare available?

Yes. We strongly recommend using Uber or Lyft. A designated rideshare pickup/drop-off area will be marked near the festival entrance.

Is public transportation available?

Information on nearby public transit options will be shared as the event date approaches.

VIP Experience

What exactly is included in VIP?

VIP includes: priority entry (skip the GA line), access to the exclusive VIP lounge, one complimentary welcome drink, a dedicated viewing area at the main stage with premium seating, and access to VIP-only food and beverage areas.

Is there a VIP parking area?

VIP ticket holders receive priority parking information in their ticket confirmation email. VIP parking is limited and on a first-come basis.

Can I upgrade from GA to VIP?

If VIP tickets are still available, you may purchase an upgrade at the festival box office. Contact us in advance at tickets@griotfestival.com to arrange.
